Popsicles:: Mom Friendly, Kid Approved Healthy Snack {Giveaway}

According to a recent study by Popsicle, 80% of moms admit to breaking into their children's arsenal of snacks, candy, and junk food. Because of this, the study revealed we moms try to avoid having candy and sugary snacks in our homes.

For us personally, I typically don't buy alot of candy, Twinkies, cookies, and all the junk I myself love because I'm the one who gobbles them up. When I do buy the "special treats", the kids have a limit set. No sweets before dinner, and they don't have them every single night. Some nights they'll have fruit, Jello, or a Popsicle and they are more than happy with that.

My kids love popsicles any time of year. I think they'd choose that over anything else. Allie is always asking for one, and the kids think it's a special treat when they do get to have one. I just recently had the opportunity to try the Klondike 100 calorie ice cream sandwiches and love both flavors. You'd never guess they were diet! Allie adores them as well. Now every time we play Hungry Hungry Hippo, she asks for one!
